Chapter 13 – Taking Care of Her
After she cleaned the smell of the club off her, she freshened her lips with gloss and only added eyeliner and mascara. Her fresh, clean look always gave her an innocent appearance, and compared to Malea, Tori still looked like the younger sister. Most likely, the stress Malea brought on herself had aged her sister significantly.
Yet there wasn’t anything young or innocent about Tori lately. Her sexual needs were ever-increasing the more she was around either brother, and although it should bother her, she was enjoying herself. If Shawn were a bit more resistant to the idea of her being with his brothers, she would be more bothered, but he wasn’t, and that just made the whole situation more suitable and tantalizing.
Taking a deep breath, Tori relaxed, knowing Shawn was out there waiting for her. His patience was incredible, and she appreciated him.
Despite what their father was like, she realized all three brothers were far from horrible. True, Kevin was an asshole occasionally and raged through his sexuality, but she liked that. There was even some roughness around the edge that scared her a little with Duncan, but all in all, they’d been nothing but respectful to her.
“You have the control,” she heard Shawn’s voice in her head.
Leaving the bathroom, Tori saw her shoes still by the wet bath door. She also saw his jacket was on a chair.
She could run out of there, grab the keys, and drive away, but she wanted this special night, and even if she was terrified of the water, that just made the trust and tension between them stronger.
Because you’re such a slut and bagging all three brothers turns you on, she heard Malea’s voice. “You always get what you want.”
Pushing her sister’s voice out of her head, she placed her shawl and purse over the chair, hoping they would end up here later.
Would sleeping with Shawn now be rushing things for them?
Tori had to be realistic. This was a fake marriage, and she still had a crush on him even though she had slept with his brothers. Yet, the fact that Shawn didn’t care that she had made her lustful logic make sense. Tori desired to be intimate with Shawn. If not to quell her sexual curiosity, but also to see where their relationship could go.
She should be intimidated because wanting to be with him would mean she’d have to fight away women AND men who he could be attracted to. However, if tonight went as she was imagining, she felt she could be the change Shawn needed in his life.
On the other side of the bed was a door, which led to a long hallway. Although she had been blindfolded, Tori knew this hadn’t been the way Shawn had come in, but she noted there was a second set of stairs to go up on the side of the bed, a galley with a small dining area, and what looked to be a much smaller room with two bunks.
At the end of the hall, past the galley, was another set of stairs to get to the front of the yacht.
Returning to the bedroom, she noticed that the headboard of the bed featured an engraved symbol with a toxic image at its center, surrounded by a heart. She ran her fingers over the fine craftsmanship and wondered if that was on purpose. Was it a warning to her?
She told herself. You are not going to ruin your night, you’ve waited so long with Shawn, with thoughts of morality in your head.
Tori went to the door beside the wet bath, where a third set of stairs was located immediately after a small closet and a pantry containing a second refrigerator and freezer.
Walking up the stairs, she noticed that the lights had been dimmed and the music had been lowered a bit, but was still loud enough almost completely to cover the sloshing of the water against the boat. With the lights low, she could barely see that they were out in the water. Everything around the yacht looked black, and Tori could imagine that for tonight, the world had faded away, and this was going to be a special night for her.
Shawn received her with the ginger shot in hand. “I will admit your sister told me you only had an aversion to water, but she didn’t tell me the past behind everything.”
“That’s because Malea only sees what’s in front of her and what she wants.”
“Kind of like how you used to be,” he shot out.
She would expect a cold turn of phrase like that from Kevin, not Shawn, but she wasn’t going to excuse her past behavior or deny past events. “Yes, I was like that, and at the time, I thought that the world evolved around me, but now I see the consequences of my actions. I’m paying for them.”
“What consequences? You’re living high off the hog with your apartments, and that project is going to make you millions. You have a lucrative hobby and you’re single. You can do anything.”
Was he rubbing this in? Jealous or being a devil’s advocate? She couldn’t tell.
“That’s all true, but it means nothing when you have no one to enjoy your successes with. I learned so much after my father passed about the kind of person I was, and I decided I wasn’t going to be that person that even I didn’t like.”
Contemptuously, he asked, “So you changed to make some man who didn’t know you from the past to like you?”
Tori was never afraid to speak about why she changed. It had taken so much to be the person she actually liked today, and she was comfortable with talking about it. “As I said, I didn’t like myself, Cold, cruel, vindictive, and most of all selfish. I ruined so many lives and pained so many hearts, and I still was not happy with who I was. I changed because of me, Shawn.” She stepped forward to him. “Do you know why I do the rugs?”
“No.”
“Have you seen them?”
“What I know online. People are willing to pay a large amount of money for them.”
After engulfing the shot, she returned the glass to him. She had never spoken to very many about her art. Often, the gallery wanted her to give a presentation, but that provedn’t easy. “I took a class on tufting in college. I thought it was something silly to do and earn an art credit, but I started seeing loneliness in my future. And we all know how that feels, but what does loneliness look like? Have you ever wondered that?” She didn’t wait for him to answer. “Of course, you don’t know because you’ve always had your brothers – whether they were around or not. It may have looked like I had Malea, but she was never with me. I think she is waiting for me to fail. Or at least do worse than her. I think she’s already got her wish, because on the outside I do look successful, but on the inside I’m not. My self-consciousness through that art class started to realize that. Once I came home from college, I knew it was going to get worse for me. My father was extra attentive, perhaps because he knew the monster he had created by spoiling me. I tried dating other guys, but it wasn’t the same. They didn’t meet my standards. I’d set the bar so high I knew no man would ever reach it. So I was relegated to the truth. I would be lonely. And my art reflects those feelings. I think when people see them, they can feel my loneliness. And it’s a place no one wants to go, but you want to see.”
“You’re punishing yourself,” he said breathlessly, moving closer to her with a look of despair on his face.
If he weren’t so close, she would have barely heard him, and there was so much pain in his voice.
Bravely, she responded, “No, I’m facing my truth. The company of men has only prolonged the inevitable. As Kevin said, I’ll get a couple of cats and run my father’s legacy until I pass away. And I’m fine with that.”
“Tori, you’d throw it all away for the love that you desire?”
Without hesitation, she answered, “Yes. For the right love, but that’s something I’ll probably never have. My father was everything to me. And no man has even come close. Now I think he spoiled me too much, but from the life I’ve lived and what I’ve done, I don’t deserve anyone’s heart – ever. I don’t say that to get your pity, that’s my truth that I’ve accepted after what I’ve done, Shawn.”
Tori took his ginger shot, which he had yet to drink, drank that down, and relished the burn down her throat before she smacked her lips. “You’re right. That does help.”
Shawn took her glass and put it on the table nearby before returning to her with a cool glass of water.
“Duncan says you need a lot of this.”
“Why is Duncan all of a sudden interested in what goes in my body?” she inquired after she sipped a little of the refreshing water.
Shawn shrugged. “Perhaps because he’s putting himself in there also.”
The ease with which he could speak about her having sex with his brother relaxed her. Shawn really didn’t mind that she had slept with Duncan or Kevin, Tori determined.
“I think I could eat dessert on a boat now,” she pronounced.
He smiled with ease and escorted her to the table, then helped her sit down before going over to a cooling case to pull out two metal canisters, each about eight ounces in size.
There was frost still on the outside to show they’d only just been taken out of a very frigid environment.
Shawn placed one of the cannisters in front of her and unclasped the side to release an orange, brown, and white creamy dessert.
Tori immediately smelled the citrisy cinnamon sweet and smiled. “This looks beautiful.”
“It’s Duncan’s creation,” Shawn explained. “He said you need a lot of vitamin C, but instead of cream it’s a yogurt gelato> He said you need to cut back on sweets.”
When he was seated and his dessert in front of him, they clinked spoons together.
“For a night we will remember,” he toasted.
After eagerly digging into the dessert, she hummed as she felt the delicious gelato cream in her mouth and then slid down her throat so smoothly. “If Duncan continues to make dessert like this, he can watch whatever he wants that comes into my mouth.”
Shawn laughed with her. “I didn’t think you’d be this funny, Tori. You bring a breath of fresh air to us.”
She noted in the back of her head that he was speaking in plural for all his brothers. Did they discuss her a lot? “I know you all feel you’re better together, but do you all think of each other all the time?”
He stiffened slightly, but then relaxed. “We’re aware of each other closely.”
“And what of us, Shawn. If this night is special, what becomes of us?”
The question seemed to catch him off guard, and he was lost for words.
“I’m a realist, Shawn, and I know our conversations this night have been disjointed,” she continued. “I’m not going to think this can evolve into some happily ever after, but I’d like our fake relationship to be as pleasant as possible so I can understand that once you are tired of me, we can just walk away at the end of our arrangement still on good terms.”
He held up his glass of water toward her. “I’m surprised at how easy you make things, Tori. I thought I’d be having this speech with you.”
Clinking his glass with hers in agreement and taking a drink, she was almost finished with her dessert. “Have you ever been with a woman in any kind of way, Shawn?”
Having been mid-drink of his water, it splattered out. Shawn had turned to his side just in time so as not to ruin the table. “Umm… Tori!” he flushed.
“It’s a valid question. Kevin was very detailed about each one of you being tested and assuring me that having sex with you all was safe. I’m not a virgin, as you know and-“
“I am,” he cut her off. “When it comes to women. Yes. I’ve kissed them, but I’ve never been fully intimate.”
“What about your wife? I know you had arrangements.”
“The kids were her idea, and in vitro seemed safe for both of us because she was high risk. I loved being a father, and now that they are in college, all the way on the other side of the world, I’m glad about that experience. As for my ex-wife of convenience, she was terrified of men and never tried, and I was fine with the relationship between Norman and me. I think now, after that whole thing, I was only using Norman, and he allowed me. I was never a receiver with him. Only Taker and Norman asked for anything from me. He enjoyed taking a little bit too much in my opinion, or maybe I don’t have a high sex drive due to what my mother did to me, and just like you, used the closeness only to prolong the inevitable.”
The idea of being his first brought delicious tingles all over her, and Tori wanted to get to the business of popping his cherry. And she felt she needed to make the move or they’d be talking all evening.
Standing up, Tori walked to him, loving how he couldn’t take his eyes off of hers. There was an aroused, intense, wary look in his eyes. She loved that he didn’t know what was to come and openly showed her his hesitancy in matters of a sexual nature with a woman. Leaning down, she cupped his face and kissed him.
The cool feel of the dessert lingered on his lips, and he was more relaxed. Straddling his waist, their skin touched, and a long breath left him. Since she wasn’t wearing panties, Tori could feel his turgid member pulsing for release against her.
Whispering lasciviously in his ear, she panted, “Too bad we’re around everything. I’d love to-“
“I can get us alone, Tori,” he said between kisses. “But we’d have to go out on the water.”
“Can’t we go downstairs?” she asked.
“I think one or both of us will make enough noise to wake the neighbors.” At the exact moment, he ground his hips up into her while his mouth licked on her neck, kissed down her chest, and then returned to her mouth.
“I’ll try to be quiet,” she promised.
“I wasn’t talking mainly about you, Tori,” he groaned, rubbing her hips hard against his stiffening member.
Lust heated her, pushing the fear of being on the water out of her head. Damn, his exuberance was infectious. “Okay, Shawn. Okay.”
He lifted her from the chair and carried her up another set of stairs to where the captain’s deck was. Carefully, after a hundred more kisses, he set her on a bench and then buckled her down.
Tori trembled a little from the loss of body heat, but also from the nervousness of getting out on the water.
The engine roared to life smoothly, and then Shawn maneuvered the boat out of the marina. When they cleared the river, he shut the engine down and rejoined her. There was only darkness around them, and if she didn’t concentrate too hard, she couldn’t see the water around them.
“Will this be fine?” she asked, terrified to stand up.
Shawn moved to his knees in front of her after shutting down the lights and leaving on only the red hazards for oncoming river traffic, but there really was no one around in the late night.
“It’s enough,” he assured her, kissing on the inside of her knees and then slowly moving up, pushing up her dress. “We can do anything we want out here. Now, where were we?” And then he gasped. “You have no underwear, Tori.”
She forgot her nervousness, entranced by his innocence. Leaning over, while she opened his pants, she kissed him lovingly. “I didn’t think I would need it.”
Tori gave him a real kiss, openly grappling with his tongue and sucking him into her mouth. He moaned deeply as he pushed up her dress, and his hands gripped her butt hard. She reached down between her legs to wet her hands before she grabbed him again.
Shawn gasped, feeling how her palm soaked his shaft, and when she stroked him, while kissing him deeply, he was enthralled. He heavily panted and moaned while they kissed.
His hands reached out for her, but she planted her foot down because, as much as Shawn wanted to rush this, she tried to take it as slowly as possible so he would remember every moment.
Instead of pulling her, he unzipped her dress and kissed her down, removing her bra and then sucking her entire aureole into his mouth. She threw her head back at the powerful sensations, feeling his tongue flicking repeatedly against the tip. He attacked the next with just as much passion.
She almost forgot her objective and joined his excitement, but she fought her own lust. Pushing on his shoulders, to give them enough space, she moved slowly down off the bench.
“Watch my hand,” she ordered.
He dragged his eyes away from hers and looked down as she gripped his shaft and guided him into her. “Oh fuck,” he whimpered as the tip pressed against her.
Her wetness slathered down, even covering her hand, and she teased him all around before, lowering her weight further and sliding over him. He threw his head back and groaned so loudly, she had to cover his mouth, knowing he’d wake the dead.
Then he pulsed hard inside of her, sending shockwaves through her veins, and she groaned with him. The way they synced fast, his hips pushing up and her body lowering down, building to a tumultuous peak that shook their souls.
She was gone from the world, and all she knew was that she was with Shawn, breathing, stroking, and making love… together.
“I’m coming,” he warned.
“Yes! Shawn! Give me-“
“Uhhhhhggghhhhh!”
The feeling of his hot essence deep inside of her made her tremble from the tips of her toes all the way up to her entire face. She held on, loving how he could quicken his pulse and then thicken some more as he came.
His heart was beating so rapidly, and he was panting for air as his arms squeezed her body so tight she could barely breathe, but she didn’t mind. She loved knowing she was the first woman he had been with, and even though she had yet to come, she knew that since he wasn’t going all the way, there would be more —much more.
The chills and twitches his body went through before she knew his orgasm was over endeared her fully to him. His face was in her neck, gasping and suckling right next to Duncan’s mark, and she knew by morning there would be yet another bruise.
“I didn’t know it was going to feel so amazing,” he admitted. “I wasn’t supposed-“
She kissed him, loving that he was concerned about her pleasure. “We have all night, Shawn.”
He shivered and admitted, “You’re so damn wet, Tori.”
Giggling, remembering his brothers said the same thing about her, she added with a tease, “Now even more so.”
In concern, he drew up and asked, “Did I hurt you?”
Shaking her head and cupping his face, she said, “No, my love.”
His eyes welled up, and he kissed her palm. “I’m sorry I finished before you.”
“It was your first, Shawn. I couldn’t expect perfection.”
“But I want to know your body, Tori. I want to see you come like you helped me.”
He was too adorable in his innocence. “Let’s refresh ourselves and then try again.”
“You don’t mind?” he asked in wonderment.
“I want to,” she insisted.
Somehow, they unraveled their bodies from each other and fixed their clothes. If someone had told her she would be helping Shawn lose his virginity on a captain’s deck a month ago, she would have told them they were half crazy. This was even better than her bathtub fantasies. And she had enjoyed every second of it.
When she started to walk away from him, he jerked her back to him and kissed her hard. “Thank you so much for being my first, Tori.”
She could go twenty more rounds because she was very horny. “Let’s get to the bedroom so we can explore more.”
He scooped her up and carried her down to the first floor, where they had been having dessert. After kissing her forehead, he said, “Let me get this straightened up and I’ll join you.”
She proceeded to the bedroom again and entered the wet bath. She could only take her dress down to her waist because the zipper had jammed, and she didn’t want to damage the dress. Since she didn’t hear Shawn in the bedroom yet, she cleaned up once again where she could. When she stepped out, Shawn had yet to appear, but she heard movement above her.
A wicked smile pursed her lips at the enjoyment of the night to come with Shawn. There was no coming back from what she had done with Kevin or Duncan, but since she had done it, she planned on enjoying herself with their little brother as much as possible tonight.
She checked her phone, as Shanw had yet to come down, and saw that her sister had called twice; there was also an email from Scott with the business proposal attached.
Please review this, and I’ve included a link to my bankrupt janitorial services folder, which contains spreadsheets, invoices, and expenses. Malea kept most of the primary documents, but I was able to save some from what I had. She’s been busy and hasn’t had time to send me all the digital files for months, but I need to get this to you because I would really love to move forward on this new investment. Malea says we should wait, but if I do, I’ll miss a big opportunity. I even took pictures of many of the receipts to ensure she documented them in our business software. I no longer have the passwords and usernames for those accounts. However, I hope this information helps you determine what I did wrong. Malea said not to bother you with my failures, but I do need answers as to how I messed up, so I don’t make the same mistake again. Please review this and discuss it with me privately.
Tori was highly interested in finding out if Malea had touched Scott’s business to fund her gambling habit. Although once she finally got home, Tori would have a lot of work to catch up on, she wanted to take the time to review everything in one sitting for this endeavor.
Getting impatient while waiting for Shawn and needing assistance to pull the zipper down on her dress, Tori held the dress against her chest and proceeded to the first deck. Immediately, she gasped at seeing Kevin in a shoving match with Shawn. Kevin quickly yanked Shawn off his feet and turned him into a headlock while Duncan was finishing cleaning up the dessert table.
They all froze when they saw her as if they’d been caught doing something very illegal.
Feeling shock didn’t come close to the horror and flabbergast that shot through her veins at this point. “Was I interrupting something?” Tori asked, dripping with sarcasm, still holding her dress up, fully aware she was half naked in front of the three men she had had sexual relations with in the past week.
