The Mystery Healer came from a story I wanted to write a long time ago, but really kept putting it off and decided to just put a little down on paper.
Premise
Jax thought for sure she had contacted the “out of the box” therapist for her problems.
I’m happy to note this is under 5k words. I’m really getting better at this.

Pain racking her body, Jax is referred by a friend to a physical therapist who uses unconventional methods to improve things. Keeping herself open to anything new, Jax visits the private office and pays the ridiculous fee. When it’s over, Jax realizes it is worth every penny. Yet, when she visits the office again, he’s not there. The business has packed up and disappeared—a little under a 5000-word novelette.
