About the story:

Character Breakdown of Maddox Ryan Dandridge

Born to run his family’s philanthropist business, Maddox was installed early as CEO due to his father’s lascivious behavior that would have shamed the family and the business. In college, he wanted to be called Ryan (his middle name) due to his disgust about his father’s past activities.

Meeting Derek was the best thing in his life. There was hope for his soul when he became best friends with Derek. He could think clearer, make better decisions about his family’s business and be a better man with Derek’s influence.

Unfortunately, his natural urge to be selfish got the best of him when he stole his best friend’s fiance, lied about her death, helped her change her identity, and then married her.
