Wow, I thought that maybe Blair would find away out of the marriage. I can see the drama is about to start. With Shadow being a Heart, Sterling better really watch his back. Or, was it an inner plan of Shadow to have Blair marry Sterling? She always seem to know everything, just like her relatives. The drama unfolds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your loyal fan,
Stephanie
i know shadow will be pissed and i dread what she may do
Shadow is smart, hopefully she’ll figure out Blair is being blackmailed & not think she betrayed her. Shadow is a heart & that spells TROUBLE!!! I like Sterling so I hope she doesn’t hurt him too bad. Sterling did have right with his hard work to gain the property. She was wrong & needs to be put in a Childs place. I’m starting to think only her father (or mother if it was Onyx) could put her in check with no worries or fear. That would be nice to see. 🙂
I think this is part of Shadow’s plan.
Sterling’s composure is starting to breakdown. Although he needed a back hand to the cheeks.
You’ve done it again Ms. Hubbard! I like Sterling although he is an ass, but I don’t like him treating Blair like a servant. It especially isn’t cool because he’s a white man. Blair will flip the script & have him kissing her ass before its all over with. He can & most likely will still be an ass, just not with her. I’m wondering if my favorite trio Tyrone, Dana & Jerome will make an appearance since they are at the bed & breakfast/ chapel. It really is a small world. Tyrone is an ass too but I love him.
Not the trio. That was one steaming novel
I believe that he is marrying her for 2 reasons 1) for the properties, and 2) because he actually loves her (seems sick to me, lol). She will make him do whatever she wants because she has some kind of power over him, like Dana had over the twins. (I wish she wouldn’t have died, I really liked her.) I think Shadow will figure it out that, Blair is doing this for her children, but she will end up loving him.
In what book did Dana die?
love 101: mistaken identity 2
I hope Dwight can help Sterling once Shadow finds out. If Shadow is anything like Oynx watch out. I loved the beat down Oynx gave Jalean. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
And so the drama begins. I agree with another fan I think maybe Shawdow wanted Sterling to marry Bea for some reason.
Lovely progress so far ,is it not Shadow wanted smone close to Sterling to get better information ,Sterling has fallen for Blair
Let me begin by saying that you are a talented writer with headful of great plots, but I’m sorry Sylvie, I don’t believe Sterling or Blair’s characters. Shadow initially paints Sterling as this heartless man who evicts families but he meets Blair at Gaston’s and starts pouring his heart out after their date…I don’t buy it…not on their 2nd encounter. Men don’t usually talk about the fear of being hurt – especially with someone they’ve just met. Also, men tend to work through their issues internally. Now we have Blair who “hates” this man but everytime he touches her, she folds like a house of cards. I’m not an expert on the art of hatred, but someone imposing a threat on me AND my children is not someone I’m going to easily engage physically. Sterling is soft like wet tissue and Blair is a ditzy broad that goes in any direction the wind blows. I think your concept of the story is great, but the characters aren’t playing out to who they’re supposed to be.
I wish that all the books could become a TV series. It would make a great series
@Karen, I was thinking the same thing. I can picture a TV series or movie with these books. I always picture the brothers from the Vampire Diaries as the Black brothers Ethan & James (although their eyes aren’t green & they need a little more height their role as brothers fits perfect) Ive got a cast for just about every book. I just wish there was variation in the main female characters because they all look the same in almost every book.)
@S. Dunn and Karen,
Great minds think alike. I was thinking that the Heart family would make a great continuation drama like Dallas. I wish someone would invest in these books becoming a series. I know I’ll be there to watch. Even a movie for the theater would work. Ms. Hubbard is a phenominal writer, and she deserves the glory.
