OMG!!! So Shadow can very well be King Heart’s child. Sharlie was in love with Lethal, but he didn’t want her. Although she never told him Shadow was his she could’ve passed as his looking like him since King & Lethal look alike. Oh boy Sylvia, this is torture! LOL I gotta keep reading. ( I’m wearing my thinking cap, I knew Sharlie was looking for Shadow to help Sterling so she could benefit with a story. I NEED TO KNOW MORE & IT’S KILLING ME TO WAIT, UGH. Keep it coming Ms. Hubbard 🙂

Truth be told that was my original line of thinking. I mean It couldve been easy to do that, but then I thought of a more complicated plot.

This is good . So is the reporter telling the truth? I think she lying herself, if I remeber when shadow was mention with hope they talked a little bit about her story. This is sooooo good right now
@ S Dunn, I have my computer set also, as I said before, I live in Ga. on eastern time and before I go to bed(usually at 3am), I check to see if the next chapter has been posted. These twist and turns really keep us thinking. Who is Shadow’s real mother and what about the son, who’s the father? Are Blair and Shadow really related? The possibilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can hardly wait for the next chapter. Keep it up Ms. Hubbard, I love your writing. You do keep us on our toes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ Stephanie, I am also on the East Coast, but in NY, so when I wake, I’m happy to see a chapter waiting for me. Ms. Hubbard is SO ADDICTIVE! My sister Got me hooked & I’ve surpassed her reading. I have the same questions as you, but I suppose she really isn’t related to Blair unless Blair’s father has some sort of relation. But I’m still convinced Shadow is a Heart. She’s too gifted not to be. =D. Cant wait to see how this plays out.
Getting interested I thought maybe you would make Lethal Shadows father but i dont know. Cant wait for more

Ms. Hubbard, from reading your book hope is love itwas mention by Onxy that Lethal was the father of Shadow but he don’t know it. could it be that Bea actually had the baby by lethal and shirley found out about it and took the baby from her and tried to past it off as her own?
umm no. it was assumed by Onyx in hope is love that shadow could possibly be lethal’s child, but no one knows the truth except two people.

I thought I’d read in “Hope Is Love” that Onyx suspected Shadow of being Lethal’s daughter, commenting on her eyes; saying she’d seen those eyes only on one other person. I thought she was referring to Lethal because he and Shari Costello had been off and on for awhile, but Lethal hadn’t shared Shari’s feelings and wasn’t ready to settle down. Onyx surmised that Shari had given birth to Shadow and hadn’t told Lethal that he was a father out of bitterness. LOL, I keep saying I’m not going to read anymore live stories because I hate waiting for the next chapter. I bought Another Tear and vowed I wouldn’t read it until The Last Tear was out, but I ended up buying and reading a Nickel for a Kiss and got.reeled in by the references to the Kennards and that nasty Felicia and ended up reading “Another Tear” after finishing “A Nickel for a Kiss”, both were exceptional. Once again hopefully this is the last live story I’ll read, as I was reading another one that just seemed to disappear when it started getting good. At any rate this one seems to be the norm for Sylvia after all she is a master of suspense and a page turner.
@Juanita, I thought the same thing with Hope is Love & Onyx assumption, however, King Heart Lethal’s cousin looks just like him. So I’m assuming either way Shadow is a heart. They’re a pretty screwed up family so whoever the mother was probably asked for Sharlie to keep her child from the coocoo clan no matter how fine they are. I wouldn’t be surprised if Shadow was Blair’s half sister instead of cousin. Why else would Sharlie take shadow? Oh wait, that won’t work, Charlotte died after Blair. Maybe Sharlie had another sister she looked out for since she didn’t look out for her sister Charlotte baby Blair. Maybe she felt guilty & taking shadow was a way to make it up for past guilt.
that’s possibly an option…

Its been a while since I read the other books, which is now my mission for the next couple of days. Is it possible for Blair and Shadow could be sisters? Once Sterling get the information he is seeking he wont have the heart to hand Blair or Shadow over to KH. I
Can’t figure it out yet but there’s more to the Sharlie story. I know this is asking for a lot , is it possible for a new chapter every 4 hours, this is too good to put down. Thank you for the live stories, you are an amazing writer.
