I’ll be speaking at two events tomorrow June 18th. The first is the Allied Media Conference 2010 in Detroit on ebooks (see info below) and also at The Goddess Retreat (catch me as keynote at lunch).
Title of Workshop
Electronic Books – understanding the upcoming wave of an almost paperless society and creating your own
Coordinator: Sylvia Hubbard
This session teach participants:
- What an e-book is
- Why they are so popular
- How to create their own – either from their own website or using other services online (Amazon-Kindle, Barnes&Noble-Nook and more).
The goal of this session is to understand the new digital technology and how e-books can be applied to assist in promoting ones brand, strengthening ones network and more.
Facilitated by Sylvia Hubbard, author and founder of Motown Writers Network and The AA Electronic Literary Network.
This session will be open to anyone interested in understanding the electronic book technology and how it will change the way we receive our information. We especially encourage business owners, educations and organizers to attend.
