Woman who was dumped by her boyfriend decides to go down to the riverwalk to kill herself in the freezing Detroit River

Man who told his girlfriend to meet him there to propose and had his family meeting him there to have them there doesn’t show up and needs someone in her place right away…

He decides to interrupt the woman’s suicide to ask for help.
