This is a drama filled unexpected romance story that’s not for the faint of heart. A cheating spouse fuels the husband’s need for revenge. Dirty family secrets are revealed and hearts are broken and healed amidst the chaos that ensues. In a way, this story reminds me a bit of “Soul Food”. There are some similarities. It’s a well written drama and dark romance. Overall it’s a good read.
Definitely check the trigger warnings before reading if you are sensitive to certain acts of violence.
