As I try to work with what I have, I want to beef up the website’s traffic and make it easier for people to see what’s going on in this massive site or related sites without becoming overwhelming.

I’m doing the category, tagging and hashtags, but there’s so much more I can do in order to get the traffic to stay and buy which I’m not doing.

I know most importantly is to finish the books that everyone has been waiting for and Im trying to stay focus and do that.

But until that, I’m doing this:

I added the social media bar on the main site’s page and then I went to Canva and made buttons that will guide people who have never been here.

I wanted to support things on my site that will get people where I need them in case they can’t find what they are looking for. According to my analytics, the top row of buttons, these are the most visited places on the site. Prior to coming to the homepage, you would only see the navigational bar and even that didn’t have some of these.

the second row is related sites that people know me from. I hope to build other sites up but for now, this is tolerable for me to handle.

Motown Writers Network is my online writers and readers group

Motown Mom Musings has my mother’s tips, plus homesteading resources, including my garden stuff and other community things that have nothing to do with books

3 Chicks and Some Books is where I can feature other authors and my other literary endeavors.

I’m going to be adding more things throughout the website. I’m even looking into adding more paths on my Choose Your Romance Story.
