WHERE ARE YOU “STUCK” RIGHT NOW IN YOUR AUTHOR CAREER QUESTION AND ANSWER SERIES

We’re starting this series as a way to get into the grind of authoring.

A lot of people have been asking me how do I do the things I do and I find that I can easily answer questions in a simply disturbing way. Disturbing more for me than anyone else because I actually know the answer to their question.

Dilemma:

Money. Hard to focus on writing when you’re getting evicted and your car repossessed.

Initial answer:

Try to find that drip income that can also help you. With your writing talent, you can help other authors with their marketing, do fiverr.com promotions, write out press releases or book descriptions for others. Sometimes helping others and asking for a little money, will bring you big money later on when you’ve finished off your book, paid your bills and publishing.

Additional Answer:

Get a google doc account and a blue tooth keyboard. as long as you got power and internet you’ll be fine. For life problems, truly find your happy place. A way to meditate, clear your mind. Yes, that problem will still be there when you get back to life, but at least while you’re sitting back waiting for it to fix itself (or working your dayshift job to pay the bills down), you might as well be happy and write. my prayers are with you that grace and mercy will come to you and help you will your stress.
