Author’s Note: I know. it’s been a lot of things going on. with the beginning of school and my health, I’m coming and going.

Oh BTW, I did get the 50k mark for  I haven’t posted for you (the reader) the entire book yet, (although it’s not done), but I did make it before the end of the month.

I killed myself to make the deadline. I think my fingers were stuck every chance I had plus I had so so much to do on Aug 31st. OMG! I was the most stressed and I’m just exhausted, but I didn’t want to disappoint my readers and I thank you for your patience.

Answer to Reader‘s answer: Onyx causes a lot of trouble, but she’s good for a lot of things too.

Chapter 16

Two flights of stairs took her to thick wooden double doors. The smell of Petrichor and wood was so strong; she could feel an emotional response rising inside of her.

The door knob turned easily in her hand and she opened the door immediately hearing the sound of soft running water. Plants were all over and the ceiling was glass. The top floor had been turned into a greenhouse with a fountain somewhere that cascaded water down one wall and streamed across the room to puddle in a manmade pool. Small cherubs spurted water out of their mouths and hands and made to look as if they were kicking water from their feet.

Elena wanted to stay in this room forever! The peace and serenity generated all around her endeared her heart and she knew she could love any man who had come up with this room.

“Hello,” a soft deep voice said behind her sounding surprised and wary.

Turning around, she sighed with relief seeing Pholsom in dark blue pajama bottoms and bare feet.

He seemed to keep to the shadows of the plants as if he were hiding on purpose. His whole stance seemed to be unsure and vulnerable all of a sudden, but she pushed away her own wariness so happy to see him.

Running to him, she hugged him, but felt him stiffen immediately and then relaxed.

“I thought you left,” she said.

“I never leave, Elena.” He cupped her face and kissed her deeply. “You found me. I knew you would.” He turned her body away from him and nibbled on her neck.

Elena didn’t know if it was the room or just the proximity of him, but she was instantly aroused as his hands moved around to tenderly cup her breast and womanhood.

“You’ve missed me,” he noticed, slipping a finger inside of her and feeling her wetness.

Embarrassed, she admitted, “It could also be remnants from our night together.”

He groaned aroused and kissed behind her ear and even her nape. Somehow he moved them even deeper in the plants to a dim room where there was a king size bed, which was high off the ground in the midst of the plants. His hands and fingers kept her titillated below and also devoted some time massaging her breast, while his mouth took turns on each side of her head.

Bending her over the bed, he knelt behind her and trailed his tongue down her spine. His arm pressed down on her back, keeping her in place and Elena loved the wild erotic nature of this man as his tongue pressed between her lower cheeks and then circled around her rear hole.

His fingers busily kept her clit aroused, giving her multi stimulation to the back and front of her body and she was ready for anything.

He rose up pushing his pants down to his erect straight penis. Before she really could make a note mentally, he pressed easily inside of her rear sending perfect sensual tremors all over her body.

“I love your body. I love how you want me, Elena. I love my body inside of yours,” he whispered in her ear between licks and kisses around each side of her face, lobes and neck. He moved deeper than ever before and at first she was scared, but his words of elation and love filled her heart and body.

She could feel him thicken at the same time her own fulfillment joined his and they roared their animalistic passion to the heavens.

Panting hard, so she wouldn’t pass out from the intensity, she knew he recovered way before her and moved away from her. She heard some water coming from a sink behind her and then a warm cloth pressed again her rear.

Endeared he would clean her very thoroughly after their lovemaking, she blushed again.

Would she ever stop wanting him in any way possible?

When he moved away again to return to the sink, she rolled to her back and languished on the large bed. The ceiling was glass and she hoped they could make love tonight under the stairs. There was even a window that could open. This room had so many possibilities!

To the right of her on the bed, on the opposite side where he was rinsing off the cloth with his back to her, she saw a long table full of chemicals of different colors. Like a chemistry lab in the midst of everything natural around her.

That was odd since Pholsom was a business man. Why would he be interested in chemistry?

He returned to the bed and she then noticed there was a small burn on his side. Before she could ask him about this, he moved down and kissed her deeply.

Damn his lips were wonderful. Too wonderful. Too perfect!

She found herself instantly stimulated yet again, but as she looked up in his face she felt something different. There was definitely something very different about him… his eyes…

They were startling gray! Just like Sloan’s.

Pushing on his chest for him to get up, he did and she stood up out of the bed wrapping the covers around her, while he sat down on the bed to look at her. His shaft was still erect slightly and… straight. Straight as in never even seen a curve a day in its life…

“Come back,” he urged. “Let’s-“

She covered her mouth to stop the scream as her mind came to the realization… THIS WAS NOT PHOLSOM!

They looked alike! Almost exactly alike, but … there were differences. Startling differences but she had been a fog of sex to see until now… His mannerism, his eyes, his build… his manhood.

All the times… how many?

“Elena,” he cajoled. “Please.” He stood up to follow.

“No!” she screamed. “You’re not P-Pholsom. Are you?”

Guility, he shook his head. “I’m Phoenix, but I’ve been here the whole time, with you.”

She screamed her frustration and the fact they’d deceived her!

He quickly explained. “I’ve loved you from the moment we met. On the top of the steps at my father’s house a long time ago. Remember?! You kissed me! You changed me! You made all the bad things go away. You’re a part of me, Elena! You’ve been a part of me for a long time.” Phoenix reached out to pull her to him, but she slapped his arms away.

“Don’t touch me!” she hissed through clenched teeth. “Don’t you ever…” A sob filled her throat making it impossible to speak. “D-Don’t…” Tears filled her eyes until she could hardly see.

The deceit… the betrayal… damn them…

Running down the stairs, she burst into the kitchen and right into Pholsom making him drop the take out breakfast he had been holding. In his other hand were the keys to his car. She grabbed those and her purse before running out to the garage and jumping into this car.

She could hear them… both of them! Calling her name, begging her not to go, but she didn’t care! She didn’t listen.

She NEVER wanted to see them EVER again!
