yes, Ethan has been getting rubbed, but I think he’s just angry and happy all at the same time to see his brother. remember, it is unfortunately his only family.
@ Priscilla I know, they act as if she did something wrong rather than being grateful that she saved his life!
Ok what is the questions about Hope’s family? Does she come from money also???? It sounds like Avery and Heart know more about her then they are letting on. All I know is they better finish questioning her before James gets wheeled out for some more tests or there is gonna be some smoke in the city, cause James ain’t having it if he doesn’t see her outside that door lol.
LOL I must agree Jaelen and Ethan are rubbing me the wrong way, but I still have a soft spot for Ethan. Hopefully he will come around on Hope, and use this situation as a chance to rebuild his relationship with his brother. Because it won’t be good if he keeps giving Hope that attitude, it will only push James further away.

Interesting. So Hope possibly comes from a wealthy family but has chosen the streets. They must be terribly awful. I wonder is she mixed and was her father the same Jonah from my His Substitute wife, likely not. lol Also, is Hope possibly mixed ? Did her father get disowned because of his choice of a woman of a different race. That would be interesting. Keep up the great work. thanks for the post.

What did Kimberly ever do deserve Jaelen, I thought some of her sweetness would have rub off him by now.What’s wrong with Ethan, I thought he had more sense. I wish James memory will return already, poor Hope is paying for his amnesia.I’m glad they are holding on to each other though, Hope’s past is getting more mysterious and interesting as the story goes.great update Thank you… more please.
I have a question in regards to Hope. In the beginning Hope started out with getting an abortion. As Hope’s history seems to be coming to light, are we going to find out the specifics of her pregnancy like how she got pregnant in the first place considering she is so much of a loner. And more importantly who was the baby’s father. Or was that part in the story more of a way of describing her mindset at the time and opening her up to want to take care of James?

Just reading this chapter again, and it occurred to me with the life Nicole had with her rapist uncle and so called mom I thought she would have been a little nicer and understanding to Hope. She seems like the rest looking down on the girl. How about someone say we know James is a ass but thanks for not leaving him for rat food in a dumpster!
I agree with Stasia statement. QAlso what up with Nicole with I am better than you look. Watch girlfriend you almost die in your story. It sound like Hope come from rich family. Just a guess did Avery Tobias was in HIS SUBTITUTE WIFE.

Had to play catch up with this story Sylvia. Seems interesting though. Jaelen is up to his old self I see. And what’s with Ethan???? He didn’t have to treat Hope that way. Nicole may just be Hope’s new friend in this thing with the brothers. She may be the only friend that Hope will have in helping her understand the type of man she is going to get involved with.
