Tanner’s Devil: Author Interuption

In no way am I trying to keep the story from you.

Friday was not a good day. I dropped my daughter off at daycare and i was told she was being kicked out because FIA closed my case. Of course this was not my fault. The daycare had not submitted any payment for my kids in 10 weeks so FIA felt my case was dormant and decided to close the case. All the while also closing the office where I go and now my case file can’t be located.

Needless to say, I was bussin all over town trying to get documentation, copies of birth certificates, immunization records, bills, rent receipts and all the other ugly mess that goes with proving I’m worthy for the state to pay a $500 dollar bill for day care.

Don’t cha just love being a single parent and all the beauty that goes with it?

I still have so much to do today, but things are looking a little bit up, I guess. I just need to get a copy of my daughter birth certificate – who was born in Florida – but I think the school has it – hopefully – and then I have to get a copy of my last utility bill.

So I’m going to try to post the last scene at church with Tanner, Donetello and Devlin before I leave at 12.

In no way do I mean to leave you guys hanging like that and I know i should have at least emailed something to the blog, but life gets in the way of the things we love to do all the time and my life is an every day Murray’s Law and I just roll with the punches.

Sylvia Hubbard
