There is sometimes some real fun in writing and Emperor’s Addiction has not only been a very difficult write, but also a fun write.
I thought I’d struggle a lot because this book had to do with a lot of the Hearts. Some of these Hearts people have only heard about.

Hmm ok just giving my opinion. I’m not judging the book by its cover bc I don’t doubt that will be great. Lol. But ummm when I look at this cover all I see is a naked person n bold letters taking over the cover. Something about it isn’t as catchy or well put together on the level of ur other books prior. Just my thought. 🙁 sorry sorry. I hope that’s what u were looking for when u asked what u think.
I don’t know if it’s the color or what I can’t put my finger on it, but it’s missing something. 🙁 sorry. It needs that under cover sneakiness to it, we talking hearts broken and morals crossed, and line forgotten. Maybe if it was a little darker or something. I’m gone buy and read it anyway, but it just need a little more magic and that is all love. We know you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, but people will. (So for a good places and out of luv) <3

Hey Sylvia! You’re back?!?!?! I hope things are running smoother for you now. Ok so the cover….. I thought Emperor’s addiction had a Caucasian leading female role??? Am I thinking of the wrong story??? Or is the girl on the cover his daughter? Anywho, I agree that something is missing. The cover doesn’t draw me to the book but I can’t wait to read it.

I agree with all the above readers. I thought maybe a picture of Emperor himself on the cover or even more color to the cover of the novel. I read the first part of Emperor’s Addiction on your website, and this cover does not convey what little I read. It is just not your usual mysterious cover. It does not leave the mind wondering what is behind the cover. You know that I am a loyal fan and will buy the book because I know what is behind the cover. But, new readers will be looking for intrigue and mysterious to catch their attention. I think that something like the last cover in your Dark Facade series, not exactly like it but similar. Sorry, but, I know you like the truth frm your faithful readers.

Welcome back Sylvia. Nice cover but for this cover I would of done a black background with the female in a barely there teddy (red or purple). The lettering would be gothic with gray coloring.

Hi Sylvia, nice to see you’re back! I have to agree with the majority regarding the Cover….there is something missing and it doesn’t portray what the story is about from what I read. That being said, don’t worry, I would buy the book even if it were just plain letters on the cover. I love, love, love your work. I’m reading Wicked Chances now and I’m always impressed by the way you answer questions regarding the Hearts throughout your stories (for instance, Shadow being King’s daughter, hmmmm) . Just waiting for Emperor’s release date!
It’s missing something. Something to think about: Emperor replaces the female’s position , the female is in distance looking back towards him ( shadowed out or a silhouette). With a black background mixed with another color. The title and your name would look good in different colors written in a different style other than block.
I like your cover its sexy, I am just ready to read the book. I read all the other books that’s available I am ready for more. I am addicted to the Hearts and Blacks and the others. And I don’t care about paying there worth it.

Personally, I don’t like the cover because it doesn’t speak to the plot of the book nor the main character. However, I am anxious to read more of Emperor’s story.
I’m currently trying to get the cover fixed because I’m agreeing with all of you on this.
